over charges on my bill almost every month, I never got my compny discount which about 17%, and when i called to close my account the customer service assisstant threat me not to do so cauz by cancelling i will get cancellantion fees on every phone, I have 4 phone one is mine one for my girl friend and 2 for my kids.so finally I switched to a different carrier. by the WAY i WAS USING deffected phone for about 3 months and it was 9 months old phone from at&t. AT&T did not replaced the phone for me.
